I’ve been in business all my life.

From cracking walnuts to purchasing shopping malls, and more recently getting ready to launch some very useful software.

Starting with the end goal in mind, my accounting training has significantly enhanced my ability to effectively manage the entire process, with a keen awareness of what not to do.

Purchase, refurbishment and leasing of John Wickliffe House, Dunedin (office) 11,500m2, 15+ tenancies, 42 car parks.

Development of Plaza House adjacent to John Wickliffe House (office) 2,000m2, 5 tenancies, 48 car parks.

Successful sale of John Wickliffe House and Plaza House to the Plaza Property Trust (10 million).
